Group Counseling

Group counseling offers individuals the opportunity to engage in therapy with 4-8 other people and a trained counselor. Group members share information about themselves and provide feedback to others while the trained counselor facilitates constructive communication between group members.

Group counseling opportunities will be announced as they become available. I also offer mental health related workshops for your organization or team. Contact me directly for more information.

What will we do in group counseling?

Groups typically meet on a weekly basis for 90-minute sessions. Group members discuss a variety of topics including, but not limited to, relationships, improving self-esteem, working through grief, and enhancing coping skills.

How do WE get started?

Periodically, I will host group counseling sessions. You can subscribe to my newsletter to receive updates about group session availability. Please visit the individual therapy page to learn more about my services and schedule your first appointment.

Is Group therapy right for Me?

I am happy to help you to determine if group is appropriate for you.  If you determine this option is best for you, I will guide you through a screening process that will allow you to get to know me, learn more about the group, and decide whether the group will be a good match for you.

What if I have more questions?

No problem! Visit my Frequently Asked Questions page to see if your questions are answered there. If your question is not answered, please visit the Contact Me page to email additional questions or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
